BAORU Core Barrel and drilling bucket on Yunnan Yuchu Expressway Project

Yunnan Yuxi-Chuxiong Expressway Project is located in Midwestern of Yunnan, with an altitude of 2,000 meters and a relative height difference of 500-1,000 meters. The total length of the line is 190.687 km, which goes through steep and complex terrain . After the project completed, it will become the most convenient highway passage connecting Yuxi City and Chuxiong City, and will end the history of no expressway in Shuangbai County. The distance from Shuangbai to Yuxi has been shortened by 110 kilometers, saving 1.5 hours, realizing the interconnection of counties and cities in Chuxiong and Yuxi, which will play an important role in promoting the economic construction of central of Yunnan.

This time, our foundation drill tools are also participated in the construction with the customer, facing the challenges of complex formation.

In this tender, there are piles with diameter of 1.5 meters, 1.8 meters, 2.0 meters, 2.2 meters and 2.5 meters. The pile is more than 56 meters deep with 40 meters of medium weathered glutenite and slightly weathered glutenite for the last 16 meters. The rock core of 1.5-meter pile diameter can be directly cut and caught by core barrel with bullet teeth, diameter over 2 meters can be gradually expanded by 1.8 meters, 2.0 meters, and 2.2 meters. For this project, customer equipped with Jint 36 with various sizes of BAORUI core barrels and drilling buckets.
