How many meters could a set of roller bits could drill? According to our thousands of foundation pratical cases, the using life and drilling depth is related to many factors such as bits quality,operation, challenging formation, welding angle and etc.
Bits quality.
The tungthen carbide bits is important which determines the bits' hardness wearing against to hard rock.The unquality bits sometimes will made from recycle carbide.Baorui roller cutting bits are guaranteed manufactured from high hardness and 100% new tungthen carbide. Operation.
An experienced operator is good at adjust on the formation and using the suitable drilling method.When drilling on the boulder, it's better to drilling hangingly and slowly avoiding hurting the bits.Once the bits hit heavily on the half rock or the boulder, easily causing bit drop off from the cone , even causing the cone losing.
Challenging formation.
We're not fear how hard the rock would be but not willing to drill the breaken rock.The breaken rock hurt theroller cone bits very much, either hurts the bits or causing the bearing system stuck.
Welding angle.
